After your first visit, your wellness plan is in your hands. We will continue to coach you along the process, providing herbal remedies, aromatherapy blends, therapeutic bodywork and additional resources to help you along your path of wellness.
Your next visit is 45-60 days later. This allows time to develop healthy habits that can show significant improvements of health within the iris. We will then adjust the wellness plan accordingly, in order to further strengthen your efforts to achieve your health goals.
